On Saturday, June 14th, the Bunker Hill Associates, in partnership with All Roads Charlestown, Inc., proudly present “Charlestown Calling” — a free, fun, and family-friendly block party to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill. The event will showcase Charlestown’s rich history and traditions while bringing the community together for a day of excitement, pride, and revelry.
To complement the longstanding tradition of the Edna Kelly Doll Carriage Parade and the many other events hosted by the Bunker Hill Associates throughout Pride Week (June 8th – 15th ), this block party street festival, from the Training Field to the Monument, will include live entertainment, local vendors, and activities for the whole family to enjoy. And for those looking to carry the festivities into the evening, join All Roads on their annual Bar Crawl, hitting all the local revolutionary establishments.
